(Hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”)


1. Scope of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website [insert your domain] (the “Website”) and the purchase of digital products, downloadable content, and online training programs (“Services”) provided by the Service Provider.
By purchasing or using the Services, you (“Customer”) accept these Terms without limitation.


2. Subject of the Contract

The Service Provider offers:

  • Downloadable digital content (e.g., e-books, templates, video materials).

  • Online training courses and programs, which may include video, audio, or written content, delivered via a password-protected platform or membership area.

All materials are provided exclusively for personal use by the Customer. Redistribution, resale, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited without written permission.


3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices displayed on the Website are final.

  • No VAT is charged, as the Service Provider is exempt from VAT under Hungarian law (alanyi adómentes / VAT-exempt status).

  • After a successful purchase, the Customer will receive an electronic invoice marked: “VAT exempt under Hungarian law.”

  • Payments may be made by credit/debit card (via Stripe/PayPal/Barion) or other methods indicated on the Website.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of the Customer’s order.


4. Access to Digital Content and Courses

  • After payment, access to downloadable content or online course materials is granted immediately.

  • Downloadable content may be accessed via a unique link, valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, with a maximum of 2 downloads allowed.

  • For online courses, access is provided for at least 90 days, or as otherwise stated in the course description.

  • If the course or membership area is discontinued, the Service Provider will provide at least 30 days’ prior notice to allow Customers to download the purchased materials.


5. Withdrawal and Refund Policy

  • In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download or access has started, provided that the Customer has explicitly consented to and acknowledged this at checkout.

  • For online courses, if a money-back guarantee is stated on the course page, the Customer may request a refund within the given timeframe by contacting info@materialboost.com.

  • Beyond this period, no refunds will be issued.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including videos, texts, templates, and course materials, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider or its partners.

  • Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Copying, redistributing, or reselling the content without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.


7. Technical Requirements

The Customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • A suitable internet connection and device to access the content.

  • That downloaded files are stored securely on their own devices.
    The Service Provider is not liable for any technical issues arising from the Customer’s own equipment or internet provider.


8. Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is.” The Service Provider makes no guarantee that the materials will meet the Customer’s expectations or that using them will generate financial or business results.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of data, income, or business opportunities.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the given product or service.


9. Data Protection

The handling of personal data is governed by the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy, available at: [insert privacy policy link].
By purchasing or registering, the Customer accepts the Privacy Policy.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.

  • Any disputes shall primarily be settled amicably between the parties.

11. Modifications
