The Data Controller operates the website materialboost.com and its related subpages (hereinafter: “Website”).

Special note – digital content: before finalizing a purchase, we request explicit consent to start performance before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. By giving consent, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (based on Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) §29 (1) m) of Hungary).
3. What data do we process?

Payment card data: we do not process card details. Payments are handled by the payment provider. We only receive the transaction ID and status.
4. Recipients / Data Processors
We share personal data only to the extent necessary to provide the service, with the following processors:
Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd. – website hosting
Payments: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. / PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. / Barion Payment Zrt. – online payments
Newsletter: [e.g. MailerLite / Mailchimp] – email campaigns
Analytics: Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) – traffic statistics
CDN / Security (if used): Cloudflare, Inc. – performance and protection
Data Processing Agreements are in place with these partners. For transfers outside the EU/EEA, protection is ensured by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
5. Cookies
The Website uses cookies for operation, analytics, and – with your consent – marketing. On first visit, a cookie banner requests your consent for non-essential cookies.

Data portability – receive the data you provided in machine-readable format.
Objection – to processing based on legitimate interest/marketing.
Withdrawal of consent – anytime, without justification (does not affect prior lawful processing).
Response deadline: within 1 month (may be extended by +2 months if necessary).

9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (access control, encryption, logging). However, risks related to internet data transmission cannot be entirely excluded.
10. Minors
Our services are intended for adults. Data of children under 16 may only be processed with the consent of their legal guardian.
